Steps to Submit a Translation Request at SIMOURQ Publication
If you need translation services for books, articles, or official documents, our professional team at SIMOURQ Publication is ready to assist you with the following process:
Step 1: Complete the Request Form

🔹 Fill out the required form correctly and completely using Latin characters.
🔹 If any requested information is incorrect, incomplete, or missing, your request will not be processed.

Step 2: Upload Your Documents

🔹 Upload the documents that require translation along with a scanned PDF copy of the document owner’s identification card.
🔹 Photographs of documents or mobile scanning apps are not accepted. Only scans from a professional scanner will be considered valid. Otherwise, your documents will not be processed.

Step 3: Review and Cost Estimate

🔹 If all documents are received correctly and in full, you will receive an email confirmation.
🔹 The email will include confirmation of document receipt and a cost estimate for translation.

Step 4: Payment and Delivery

🔹 Once the translation fee is paid, the translation process begins. For documents (excluding books and articles), the completed translation will be delivered within 1 to 2 weeks to the address provided in the form.
🔹 Translations are delivered as original copies, officially stamped and signed.
🔹 If you require additional copies, please select the number of requested translations and include the extra copy fee in your final payment.
